This delicious caffeine-free chai is the perfect balance between sweet and spicy. Enjoy cold or hot, straight or as a latte!

Use 2 tablespoons per litre of water and let simmer at least 20 minutes, then filter and enjoy. For a chai latte you can make a concentrate by simmering for about 1 hour or by reducing the amount of water used by half and replacing with your milk of choice.

Ingredients: cinnamon, cardamome, ginger, black peppercorns, chaga, fennel seeds, licorice root and cloves
