Ordering
You can place an order in our online store or by e-mailing info@michaelaritchie.com if you have a special request. Once your order is placed it is generally processed within 1-4 business days. If there is an unexpected delay in the processing time, you will be contacted within 2 business days with the approximate delay and options.

We offer free shipping in Canada on orders over 60$

You will receive an email confirming your order within 1-2 business days and another with the shipping confirmation.

Packages are generally shipped with Purolator for orders placed in Canada, and arrive within 5-7 business days. There is also the option to collect you order in Beloeil, Québec, if you select this option, you will be notified by e-mail of a place and time slots in which you can collect your order.

All of the shipping and packaging materials are recyclable, please reuse or recycle to limit waste and the impact of our planet.

If there are any problems with your order, please notify me within 5 business days of receiving your order.
